Track SeiKiGen Order
Track SeiKiGen order updates for genuine OEM parts sourced from Japan.
SeiKiGen is an independent OEM parts sourcing company based in Morocco. We help professionals, garages, importers, fleet operators and demanding buyers source genuine OEM parts from Japan through a manual RFQ and quotation process.
Because SeiKiGen does not operate as a standard online checkout store, tracking is not generated immediately after payment. Tracking becomes available only after the requested part has been sourced, prepared, packed, dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier.
Track SeiKiGen Order Status
Use this page to understand how order tracking works with SeiKiGen.
If you already have an RFQ, quotation, payment confirmation or order reference, please keep it available when contacting our team.
Tracking information may become available only after several steps have been completed.
1. RFQ Review
Before any order can be tracked, the customer submits a request through the SeiKiGen Request Quote page.
SeiKiGen reviews the request manually to confirm whether the part can be identified, sourced and quoted.
This stage may require vehicle details, VIN or chassis number, OEM part number, part description, quantity and destination country.
2. Quote Confirmation
If the requested part can be sourced, SeiKiGen sends a quotation.
The quotation may include part description, OEM reference when available, estimated sourcing time, estimated shipping method, estimated shipping cost, total payable amount, payment instructions and quotation validity period.
At this stage, there is no tracking number yet.
3. Payment Verification
An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by SeiKiGen.
Sending proof of payment does not always mean that funds have been received.
SeiKiGen may wait until the payment is visible and confirmed before proceeding with supplier ordering or sourcing.
4. Sourcing and Supplier Processing
After payment confirmation, SeiKiGen may proceed with sourcing, supplier ordering, reservation, procurement or warehouse processing.
This stage depends on supplier availability, OEM stock, part type, supplier processing time and sourcing conditions.
Some OEM parts may be available quickly. Others may require additional supplier confirmation, warehouse preparation or special-order processing.
5. Packing and Dispatch Preparation
After the part has been sourced, it may require packing, export preparation, documentation, warehouse handling or carrier booking.
Large, heavy, fragile or oversized parts may require additional preparation before dispatch.
At this stage, tracking may still not be available.
6. Carrier Acceptance
Tracking becomes available only after the carrier accepts the shipment and generates a tracking number.
Once tracking is available, SeiKiGen may provide the tracking number by email or another approved communication channel.
When Tracking Becomes Available
Tracking information may be provided after:
- The order has been confirmed
- Payment has been received and verified
- The part has been sourced
- The package has been prepared
- The shipment has been dispatched
- The carrier has accepted the parcel
- A tracking number has been generated
Tracking is controlled by the carrier after dispatch.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after the tracking number is issued. In some cases, the first scan may take time to appear in the carrier system.
Why Tracking May Not Be Available Yet
If you do not have a tracking number yet, your order may still be in one of these stages:
- RFQ review
- Quote confirmation
- Payment verification
- Supplier confirmation
- Part sourcing
- Warehouse handling
- Packing
- Export preparation
- Carrier booking
- Waiting for carrier pickup
This does not automatically mean there is a problem.
SeiKiGen will provide tracking once the shipment is ready and the carrier confirms dispatch.

Please include:
- Full name
- Email used for the request
- RFQ or order reference, if available
- Vehicle brand and model
- Part requested
- Payment confirmation date, if applicable

Providing complete information helps SeiKiGen identify your request faster.
Carrier Tracking
After dispatch, shipment updates are provided by the shipping carrier.
Carrier tracking may show updates such as:
- Shipment information received
- Package accepted
- In transit
- Export processing
- Customs clearance
- Arrived in destination country
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
- Delivery attempt
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier, not by SeiKiGen.
For international shipment tracking standards and customs-related movement, customers may also consult official customs resources when required.
SeiKiGen may assist with tracking questions where possible, but carrier scan timing, delivery route updates, customs events and final delivery are handled by the carrier.
Customs and Import Delays
International OEM parts shipments may be subject to customs clearance.
Customs authorities may request inspection, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, recipient confirmation or additional information before delivery.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, destination charges and any local fees imposed by the destination country.
Customs clearance may delay delivery.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid duties, local restrictions, carrier delays, incorrect delivery details or destination-country import requirements.
Delivery Address Issues
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, recipient name and destination country.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may cause delay, failed delivery, return shipment, storage fees, re-dispatch fees or additional carrier charges.
If a shipment is returned, refused, abandoned or delayed because of incorrect customer information or unpaid import charges, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment may be delayed or lost, SeiKiGen may assist the customer in communicating with the carrier where possible.
Carrier investigations can take time and are subject to carrier procedures.
Refunds, replacements or claims related to lost shipments depend on carrier confirmation, insurance conditions, supplier terms, shipping documentation and the circumstances of the shipment.
Damaged Delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer should:
- Take clear photos before opening the package
- Keep all packaging materials
- Keep labels and shipping documents
- Take photos of the damaged area
- Report the issue to the carrier immediately
- Contact SeiKiGen as soon as possible with tracking details and photos
Failure to keep packaging or report damage quickly may limit the possibility of opening a carrier claim.
