OEM Parts Terms and Conditions
These OEM parts terms and conditions govern the use of the SeiKiGen website, RFQ forms, quotation process, sourcing services, payment process, shipping coordination and related communications.
By using seikigen.com, submitting a request for quote, accepting a quotation, making payment or communicating with SeiKiGen regarding an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SeiKiGen is an independent OEM parts sourcing company based in Morocco, focused on genuine Japanese automotive parts.
We help professionals, garages, importers, fleet operators and demanding buyers source authentic OEM parts from Japan for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu and Daihatsu vehicles.
1. OEM Parts Terms and Conditions Overview
SeiKiGen operates through a quote-based sourcing model.
We do not operate as a public stock warehouse.
We do not display public prices.
We do not offer automatic checkout.
We do not guarantee immediate availability.
Every request is reviewed manually before payment.
This process is designed to reduce ordering errors, verify compatibility information where possible and protect both the customer and SeiKiGen before any supplier order is placed.
2. Independent Sourcing Company
SeiKiGen is an independent OEM parts sourcing company.
SeiKiGen may use different verified Japan-based suppliers, sourcing channels, logistics partners and service providers depending on part availability, price, lead time, supplier reliability, shipping conditions and the nature of the request.
SeiKiGen is not an official representative, dealer, distributor, agent, franchisee, employee, partner or affiliate of Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu, Daihatsu or any other vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing.
All brand names, vehicle names, trademarks, logos, OEM references, part numbers and manufacturer names are used only for identification, compatibility and sourcing purposes.
3. OEM Authenticity
SeiKiGen’s commercial promise is to source genuine OEM parts from Japan.
When SeiKiGen quotes a part as genuine OEM, this means that the part is sourced as an original equipment manufacturer part through verified Japan-based supplier or sourcing channels.
SeiKiGen does not intentionally sell aftermarket parts, replicas, counterfeit parts or compatible substitutes as genuine OEM parts.
If a requested genuine OEM part is unavailable, discontinued, replaced, superseded or subject to supplier restrictions, SeiKiGen may inform the customer of available options before proceeding.
No alternative part will be treated as accepted unless the customer confirms it in writing.
4. Website Use
The SeiKiGen website is provided for informational, RFQ, sourcing and communication purposes.
The customer agrees not to misuse the website, submit false requests, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, copy protected content, use automated scraping without permission or use the website for unlawful purposes.
SeiKiGen may restrict, suspend or block access to the website, forms or services in case of abuse, suspicious activity, false orders, fraud risk, technical misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Request for Quote
Submitting an RFQ does not create a binding order.
An RFQ is a request for SeiKiGen to review part information, check sourcing possibilities and prepare a quotation where possible.
A request becomes an order only after:
- SeiKiGen issues a quotation
- The customer accepts the quotation
- Payment is received and verified by SeiKiGen
- SeiKiGen confirms that the order can proceed
Until these conditions are completed, no order is considered confirmed.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information.
This may include:
- VIN or chassis number
- Vehicle brand
- Vehicle model
- Year
- Engine code
- Production date, if available
- OEM part number, if known
- Part description
- Photos, if useful
- Quantity
- Destination country
- Billing information
- Shipping information
SeiKiGen is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading information provided by the customer.
7. Compatibility and Part Identification
SeiKiGen makes reasonable efforts to review compatibility information based on the data provided by the customer.
However, OEM parts may vary depending on market, production date, chassis number, engine type, trim level, regional specification, manufacturer updates, part supersession and supplier data.
VIN-based matching is strongly recommended, but it does not remove the customer’s responsibility to inspect the received part before installation.
The customer or installer must compare the received part with the original part before installation, including references, shape, connectors, labels, mounting points and visible specifications.
If the customer confirms a quote based on limited, incorrect or incomplete information, the customer accepts the risk of compatibility issues.
8. Availability
All parts are subject to supplier availability.
Availability may change without prior notice before payment confirmation or supplier order confirmation.
A part shown as available by a supplier may become unavailable, discontinued, back-ordered, restricted, replaced or subject to a revised price before the order is confirmed.
SeiKiGen may revise, suspend or cancel a quotation if supplier availability, supplier price, shipping conditions, sourcing conditions or lead time changes.
9. Supplier Changes and Order Hold
A request, quotation or order may be placed on hold if supplier conditions change or if additional information is required.
This may include:
- VIN or chassis number required
- Engine code or production date required
- Supplier delay
- Partial quantity availability
- Part number supersession
- Part number replacement
- Part number split into multiple component references
- Supplier price change
- Shipping condition change
- Export restriction
- Part discontinued or no longer available
If a hold occurs before supplier ordering, SeiKiGen may offer the customer the option to provide additional information, accept revised conditions, reduce quantity, wait for availability or cancel before payment.
If a hold occurs after the part has already been ordered, reserved, paid for or specially sourced, cancellation may not be possible and the outcome will depend on supplier conditions.
10. Quotations
A quotation may include part description, OEM reference where available, quantity, estimated sourcing time, estimated shipping method, estimated shipping cost, total payable amount, payment instructions and quotation validity period.
If no validity period is stated, the quotation is valid for 48 hours.
Quotations are based on information available at the time they are issued.
Supplier prices, currency rates, availability, shipping costs and conditions may change before payment confirmation.
SeiKiGen may withdraw or revise a quotation before payment confirmation if conditions change.
11. Prices
Prices may include part cost, sourcing service margin, estimated shipping, handling, payment processing fees, supplier charges or other charges depending on the quote.
Prices do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, destination charges or local fees unless expressly stated in writing.
Currency conversion rates may vary.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank conversion charges, payment processor fees or third-party deductions.
12. Payment
Payment is required only after quote confirmation.
An order is not confirmed until payment is received and verified by SeiKiGen.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or another payment method approved by SeiKiGen in writing.
The customer is responsible for bank fees, intermediary bank charges, payment processor fees, currency conversion fees and receiving fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the amount received is lower than the quoted amount because of deductions or fees, SeiKiGen may request the remaining balance before proceeding with the order.
13. No Automatic Checkout
SeiKiGen does not use automatic checkout.
This is intentional.
OEM sourcing requires manual verification before payment because mistakes can occur with part numbers, VIN data, regional vehicle specifications, part supersession, supplier availability, shipping restrictions and price changes.
The manual quotation process protects both the customer and SeiKiGen before an order is placed.
14. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only when payment is received and verified by SeiKiGen and the order is accepted for processing.
Sending proof of payment does not automatically mean payment has been received.
SeiKiGen may wait until funds are visible and confirmed before proceeding with supplier ordering.
15. Cancellation
Before payment, the customer may request cancellation of a quotation or RFQ.
After payment confirmation, cancellation may not be possible if SeiKiGen has ordered, reserved, paid for, procured or specially sourced the part from a supplier.
This applies especially to:
- Special-order OEM parts
- Rare parts
- Discontinued parts
- VIN-specific parts
- Electrical components
- Electronic components
- Limited-availability parts
- Supplier-restricted items
- Parts ordered specifically for the customer
If cancellation is possible, any refund may be reduced by bank fees, payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, supplier charges, sourcing costs, handling costs or non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
16. Shipping
Shipping terms, methods and costs depend on destination country, part size, part weight, carrier availability, supplier location, package dimensions, customs requirements and shipping restrictions.
Delivery times are estimates only.
The 48 business hours RFQ response time does not mean delivery within 48 hours.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, local delivery failure, incorrect address, unpaid duties or taxes, force majeure events, public holidays, supplier delays or circumstances outside its control.
17. Import Duties and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, destination charges and local fees imposed by the destination country.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the part can legally be imported into the destination country.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for customs refusal, import restrictions, unpaid duties, customs delays, local compliance issues or charges imposed by authorities.
18. Delivery Address and Refused Parcels
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, recipient name and destination information.
If a parcel is returned, delayed, refused, abandoned or marked undeliverable because of incorrect information, failure to collect, refusal of delivery or unpaid import charges, the customer may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, storage fees, re-dispatch fees, duties, taxes and related charges.
19. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
The customer must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
Visible damage, missing items, incorrect items or visibly defective items must be reported to SeiKiGen within 5 business days of delivery.
The customer may be required to provide clear photos, packaging photos, part label photos, tracking number, RFQ or order reference and a description of the issue.
Failure to report within the required period may result in claim rejection.
20. Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty handling are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Warranty page.
Because SeiKiGen sources parts on demand, returns and refunds are limited.
Electrical parts, special-order parts, VIN-specific parts, parts ordered using customer-provided information, opened packages, installed parts, used parts and supplier-restricted items may be non-returnable.
Warranty approval depends on supplier or manufacturer review, part type, installation conditions and claim evidence.
21. Installation
SeiKiGen does not provide installation services.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that parts are installed by qualified professionals.
Before installation, the customer or installer must compare the received part with the original part and verify visible compatibility.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for damage, malfunction, incompatibility or loss caused by incorrect diagnosis, incorrect installation, vehicle condition, improper programming, modification, misuse, failure to inspect before installation or use outside manufacturer specifications.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeiKiGen’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant part or order.
SeiKiGen is not liable for:
- Installation labor
- Diagnostics
- Towing
- Vehicle downtime
- Storage
- Lost profit
- Business interruption
- Vehicle recovery
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Shipping delays
- Carrier delays
- Payment processor fees
- Currency exchange loss
- Third-party costs
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Mechanical damage
- Loss caused by incorrect customer information
- Loss caused by supplier or carrier delays outside SeiKiGen’s control
23. Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold SeiKiGen harmless against claims, losses, damages, costs, chargebacks, penalties, legal fees or third-party claims arising from incorrect customer information, misuse of the website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful import, improper installation, false claims, breach of applicable law or infringement of third-party rights.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, extracted or used commercially without prior written approval from SeiKiGen.
Third-party trademarks, vehicle names, manufacturer names, OEM references and part numbers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only.
25. Third-Party Websites and Services
The SeiKiGen website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, security, policies or terms of third-party websites or services.
Customers access third-party websites at their own risk and should review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies.
26. Privacy
Use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
By submitting an RFQ, communicating with SeiKiGen or placing an order, the customer agrees that relevant information may be processed for RFQ review, sourcing, quotation, payment, shipping, customer support, legal compliance and dispute handling.
27. Force Majeure
SeiKiGen is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
This may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, customs delays, supplier disruption, carrier disruption, pandemics, power failure, internet outage, cyber incidents, payment processor disruption, export restriction, import restriction or any other event outside SeiKiGen’s reasonable control.
28. Changes to These Terms
SeiKiGen may update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on this page.
The latest version applies from the date of publication.
Continued use of the website, submission of an RFQ, acceptance of a quotation or payment after changes are published means that the customer accepts the updated Terms and Conditions.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
30. No Waiver
Failure by SeiKiGen to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
31. Governing Law
Unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
When the Moroccan SARL registration details are finalized, SeiKiGen may update this page with the legal company name, registration number, tax identification, registered address and other required legal information.
32. Dispute Resolution
Customers should contact SeiKiGen first to resolve any issue relating to RFQ, payment, availability, shipping, returns, warranty or order handling.
SeiKiGen will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts according to applicable law and jurisdiction rules.
