OEM Parts Payment Methods
SeiKiGen uses a secure quote-based payment process for genuine OEM parts sourced from Japan.
We do not offer automatic checkout because every OEM parts request must be reviewed, verified and quoted before payment. This protects the buyer from ordering the wrong part and allows SeiKiGen to confirm availability, compatibility, sourcing conditions and shipping options before any payment is requested.
Payment is requested only after quote confirmation.
How Payment Works
1. Submit your RFQ
The customer submits a request through the SeiKiGen Request Quote page.
The request should include vehicle details, VIN or chassis number when available, OEM part number if known, part description, quantity and destination country.
2. SeiKiGen reviews the request
Our team manually reviews the RFQ to verify whether the information is sufficient to identify the required OEM part.
If additional details are required, SeiKiGen may contact the customer before issuing a quotation.
3. A quotation is issued
If the requested part can be sourced, SeiKiGen sends a quotation.
The quotation may include the part description, OEM reference when available, quantity, estimated sourcing time, estimated shipping conditions, total payable amount, payment instructions and quotation validity period.
If no validity period is stated, the quotation is valid for 48 hours.
4. Payment is made after confirmation
Payment is requested only after the customer receives and accepts the quotation.
An order is not confirmed until payment is received and verified by SeiKiGen.
5. Supplier order placement
After payment confirmation, SeiKiGen may proceed with supplier ordering, sourcing, reservation, procurement or warehouse processing.
Once SeiKiGen has ordered, reserved, paid for or specially sourced the part, cancellation or amendment may not be possible.
Accepted OEM Parts Payment Methods
Depending on the customer’s country, order value, quotation conditions and payment availability, SeiKiGen may accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Wise transfer
- PayPal
- Other payment methods approved by SeiKiGen in writing
The available payment method will be confirmed in the quotation.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is preferred for professional, B2B and higher-value orders.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the full quoted amount is received by SeiKiGen.
Any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, currency conversion fees or payment-related costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the received amount is lower than the quoted amount because of bank fees or deductions, SeiKiGen may request the remaining balance before proceeding with the order.
Wise Transfer
Wise may be available for selected international payments.
The customer is responsible for any Wise fees, currency conversion differences or payment processing charges unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
The final amount received by SeiKiGen must match the amount required in the quotation.
PayPal
PayPal may be accepted for selected orders at SeiKiGen’s discretion.
If PayPal is used, PayPal fees or payment processing charges may be added to the quote or deducted from any refundable amount where applicable.
PayPal availability may depend on the customer’s country, order value, part type, risk profile and SeiKiGen’s internal approval.
Payment Currency
Quotations may be issued in EUR, USD, MAD, JPY or another currency agreed by SeiKiGen.
Currency exchange rates may vary.
If conversion is required, the final payable amount may depend on the rate applied by banks, payment processors, suppliers or exchange services at the time of payment.
SeiKiGen is not responsible for exchange rate differences, currency fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third parties.
No Automatic Checkout
SeiKiGen does not use automatic online checkout.
This is intentional.
OEM parts sourcing requires manual verification before payment because mistakes can happen with:
- Wrong part numbers
- Wrong vehicle version
- Incorrect VIN or chassis information
- Regional compatibility differences
- Part number supersession
- Supplier availability changes
- Supplier price changes
- Shipping condition changes
The manual quotation process helps reduce ordering errors and protects both the customer and SeiKiGen before the order is placed.
Important Payment Notice
The 48 business hours response time refers to RFQ review and quotation preparation.
It does not mean delivery within 48 hours.
After payment confirmation, supplier processing, procurement, warehouse handling, export preparation, packing and international shipping may require additional time.
Payment Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified by SeiKiGen.
Proof of payment may be requested.
Sending a payment receipt does not automatically mean that funds have been received. SeiKiGen may wait until the payment is visible and confirmed before proceeding with supplier ordering.
Cancellation After Payment
Once payment has been confirmed and SeiKiGen has ordered, reserved, paid for or specially sourced the part from a supplier, cancellation or amendment may not be possible.
This applies especially to:
- Special-order OEM parts
- Rare or discontinued parts
- Electrical and electronic components
- VIN-specific parts
- Parts ordered specifically for the customer
- Limited-availability parts
- Supplier-restricted items
Invoices and Business Details
When applicable, SeiKiGen may issue an invoice or payment confirmation document.
For B2B customers, invoice details should be provided before payment whenever possible.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the status of the sourcing process.
If payment has been received but the part cannot be sourced, SeiKiGen may issue a refund, subject to any payment processor fees, banking fees, exchange rate differences, supplier charges, sourcing costs or non-refundable costs already incurred.
If the part has already been ordered, reserved, shipped, specially sourced or procured from a supplier, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
Any approved refund may be reduced by:
Bank fees
Payment processor fees
Currency conversion differences
Supplier charges
Shipping charges
Return shipping
Customs charges
Handling costs
Non-refundable sourcing costs
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact SeiKiGen first to resolve any payment, availability, shipping or order issue.
Opening a payment dispute without prior communication may delay resolution, interrupt the sourcing process and affect future orders.
SeiKiGen keeps records of RFQ communication, quotations, payment confirmation, supplier ordering and shipment information to support dispute resolution when necessary.
Payment Security
SeiKiGen does not store credit card details on its website.
Payments may be processed through banks, Wise, PayPal or other approved payment providers.
Each payment provider may apply its own security rules, verification process, fees and privacy policy.
