Shipping & Delivery

OEM Parts Shipping from Japan

SeiKiGen arranges OEM parts shipping from Japan for genuine Japanese automotive parts sourced through verified Japan-based supplier channels.

We help professionals, garages, importers, fleet operators and demanding buyers receive authentic OEM parts for Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, Isuzu and Daihatsu vehicles.

Shipping is arranged after the requested part has been reviewed, sourcing conditions have been confirmed, and the quotation has been accepted.

SeiKiGen does not operate automatic checkout because every OEM parts request requires manual verification before payment and shipping.

How OEM Parts Shipping from Japan Works

1. RFQ review before shipping

Shipping is not calculated automatically at checkout.

First, the customer submits a request through the SeiKiGen Request Quote page.

The request should include vehicle details, part description, OEM reference if known, quantity and destination country.

SeiKiGen reviews the request manually before confirming whether the part can be sourced and shipped.

2. Supplier and sourcing confirmation

Before shipping is arranged, SeiKiGen checks the requested part through verified Japan-based sourcing channels.

This review may include:

  • Part availability
  • OEM reference confirmation
  • Supplier price
  • Estimated sourcing time
  • Estimated package size
  • Estimated package weight
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Destination country conditions

Availability, sourcing time and shipping conditions may vary depending on the part and supplier.

3. Shipping quotation

Shipping may be included in the quotation or estimated separately depending on the part, destination and available information.

A quotation may include:

  • Part cost
  • Estimated sourcing time
  • Estimated shipping method
  • Estimated shipping cost
  • Handling or preparation fees, where applicable
  • Total payable amount
  • Payment instructions
  • Quotation validity period

If no validity period is stated, the quotation is valid for 48 hours.

4. Payment before dispatch

Payment is requested only after quote confirmation.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by SeiKiGen.

After payment confirmation, SeiKiGen may proceed with supplier ordering, sourcing, reservation, procurement, warehouse preparation or shipping coordination.

5. Parts preparation

After the part has been sourced, it may require supplier processing, warehouse handling, packing, export preparation or dispatch coordination.

Preparation time may vary depending on:

  • Supplier processing time
  • OEM availability
  • Warehouse handling
  • Packaging requirements
  • Japanese public holidays
  • Carrier pickup schedules
  • Export procedures
  • Part size and weight

The 48 business hours response time refers to RFQ review and quotation preparation. It does not mean delivery within 48 hours.

Shipping Methods

SeiKiGen may arrange international shipping through available logistics providers depending on destination, part type, package size, package weight and carrier restrictions.

The final carrier may depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Package dimensions
  • Package weight
  • Declared value
  • Carrier availability
  • Remote area status
  • Export restrictions
  • Import restrictions
  • Shipping route availability

SeiKiGen may use international carriers, postal logistics, freight services or other approved logistics providers depending on the shipment requirements.

Estimated Delivery Time

Any delivery time provided by SeiKiGen is an estimate only.

Estimated delivery time may include:

  • Supplier sourcing time
  • Warehouse handling time
  • Packing time
  • Export preparation
  • Carrier collection
  • International transport
  • Customs clearance
  • Local delivery

SeiKiGen cannot guarantee delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery time may be affected by supplier delays, customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, force majeure events, local regulations, incorrect customer information or unpaid import charges.

Final Shipping Adjustment

Initial shipping costs may be based on estimated weight, estimated dimensions or available supplier information.

Final shipping cost may change if the actual package weight, dimensions, packing requirements, remote area status, carrier restrictions, supplier packing conditions or warehouse measurements differ from the initial estimate.

If an additional shipping amount is required before dispatch, SeiKiGen will inform the customer whenever possible.

Shipment may be placed on hold until any required shipping balance is paid.

Large, Heavy, Fragile or Oversized Parts

Large, heavy, fragile or oversized OEM parts may require special packing, additional handling or higher shipping costs.

This may apply to items such as:

  • Body panels
  • Bumpers
  • Doors
  • Mirrors
  • Glass
  • Engines
  • Gearbox components
  • Exhaust parts
  • Suspension assemblies
  • Wheels
  • Large interior trim
  • Large exterior trim

Some items may be restricted by certain carriers or may require a special shipping method.

SeiKiGen will inform the customer whenever special shipping conditions apply.

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, destination charges and any other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by SeiKiGen.

The customer is responsible for checking local import rules before confirming an order.

SeiKiGen is not responsible for customs refusal, customs delay, unpaid import duties, local restrictions, import documentation requirements or destination-country compliance issues.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance may delay delivery.

SeiKiGen is not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Customs authorities
  2. Carrier inspections
  3. Incomplete customer information
  4. Incorrect delivery details
  5. Unpaid import duties or taxes
  6. Local regulations
  7. Restricted items
  8. Carrier delays
  9. Force majeure events
  10. Public holidays
  11. Remote area delivery conditions

Tracking Information

Tracking information becomes available only after the package has been dispatched and the carrier has generated a tracking number.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

In some cases, tracking may take time to update after the first scan.

If tracking appears delayed, SeiKiGen may assist the customer where possible, but carrier investigation timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer should:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it
  • Take clear photos of all damaged areas
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Keep labels and shipping documents
  • Report the damage to the carrier immediately
  • Contact SeiKiGen as soon as possible with photos and tracking information

Failure to keep packaging or report damage quickly may limit the possibility of opening a carrier claim.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

The customer must inspect all delivered items as soon as possible after delivery.

Any missing, damaged, incorrect or visibly defective item must be reported to SeiKiGen within 5 business days of delivery.

The customer may be required to provide:

  • Clear photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Part label photos
  • Tracking number
  • Order or RFQ reference
  • Vehicle details
  • Description of the issue

Claims reported after this period may be rejected.

Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost, SeiKiGen will assist the customer in communicating with the carrier where possible.

Carrier investigations may take time and are subject to the carrier’s internal procedures.

Refunds, replacements or claims related to lost shipments depend on carrier confirmation, insurance conditions, supplier terms and the circumstances of the shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, recipient name and destination information.

SeiKiGen is not responsible for delivery failure, return shipment, storage fees, additional fees, delay or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, refusal, failed delivery attempts or unpaid import charges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, return, storage or re-dispatch costs.
